You wouldn't be saying that if the south won now would you? And i just have one question for you: If the Confederate flag symbolizes a bad past, hate, and discrimination, then what does the union flag symbolize? to answer: a bad past, hate, and discrimination towards the southerners. i may be just an ignorant redneck that believes in the great heritage i've learned, but depending on perspective, using a flag to discriminate or symbolize hate, is a matter of what the flag-bearers stand for. I must agree with Paul. Just by sheer definition attachments aren't healthy. And, they do get in the way of your relationship with your God, Goddess, Divine. Attaching to what was is one of the worst kind. We live in our past and pine away for what was, not appreciating what is, the present moment! That is all we really have!!! BRAVO!!!
